After the great success and positive feedback Decofair had in Jeddah as an exclusive furniture and design exhibition for 9 years , It is our pleasure to announce that Reed Sunaidi Exhibitions decided to launch the 10th edition of Decofair in Riyadh at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center from 4 - 6 February 2019.

Decofair Riyadh is honored to announce the Saudi Council of Engineers as the Official Supporter of the exhibition.

Saudi Council of Engineers is a scientific professional body that aims to promote the engineering profession and do whatever may be necessary to develop and upgrade its standards and those practicing it.
The main responsibilities of the Council are setting criteria and standards of practicing and developing this profession including licensure terms and conditions; prescribing necessary rules, regulations, and examinations for obtaining professional degrees; preparation and publication of studies and researches; organization of courses, conferences, and symposia relating to the profession; and submission of technical advice in its area of specialization in accordance with regulations approved by the Council’s Board of Directors.
Vision:
Promote engineering profession, facilitate engineers and engineering establishments to reach ideal solutions, enhance the level of performance, and encourage innovation and creativity to achieve an internationally recognized position. Objectives:
Building outstanding engineering efficiencies that effectively contribute to the economic growth of Saudi Arabia.
Creating conducive environment for innovation, development, and creativity that serve the requirements of the society.
Encouraging Saudi engineering firms and Saudi engineers to develop their competitive abilities.
WHY EXHIBIT IN DECOFAIR RIYADH?
The city of Riyadh hosts the largest projects in the world,
some of these projects:
Avenues - Riyadh the largest commercial complex around the world


The Avenues-Riyadh project is the largest commercial complex in the world with an area of about 400,000 square meters in addition to five commercial, residential and hotel towers. The project, with the participation of a number of leading international designers, will contribute to many sectors in the Kingdom such as retail, services, tourism, hospitality, transportation, building materials, manufacturing and logistics. As well as providing thousands of jobs.
Excavation work started at the Avenues Riyadh, scheduled to open in 2020, The avenues area in Riyadh is 400,000 square meters, with a view of the King Salman and King Fahd roads, with a rental area of 390,000 square meters, making it one of the largest malls in the Middle East.
The project includes multi-use towers, including 3-to-5-star hotels including 2,200 rooms, exhibition halls, parties, conferences, residential apartments and commercial offices, residential facilities, health facilities, parking spaces for about 18,000 cars, and over 1,300 shops making it the preferred destination for shopping, entertainment and accommodation in Saudi Arabia.

Al Qadeya



Al Qadeya is the largest cultural, sporting and entertainment city of its kind in the world. Located in the southwest of Riyadh, it will be the first of its kind in the world and will include a major safari area.
The adoption of seven major projects within the residential program in Riyadh


The Ministry of Housing has adopted seven of the largest projects in the Kingdom and in partnership with real estate developers and providing them to the beneficiaries of a residential program in the capital Riyadh, which is the largest and most important cities of the Kingdom and has a population of eight million people.
The projects are located in the east and south of Riyadh. The projects are Zamil houses, Riyadh housing 1, Lifing lighting, East Gate, Anan, Dawwain al-Jazeera and Diyar al-Saad. Residential projects are characterized by the availability of all public services and facilities from schools, mosques, gardens, commercial and recreational services, as well as government facilities and facilities. The residential units are 359 square meters in size and the unit prices start from 410,753 riyals.
The residential program is one of the most important programs put forward by the Ministry of Housing in 2017, which aims to provide residential and financing products to the beneficiaries of the Ministry and in cooperation with the Real Estate Development Fund.
More than 300 residential and financial products for 2018 have been allocated in all regions of the Kingdom including: 125,000 housing units, 25,000 free residential land, and 100,000 residential subsidized housing in cooperation with the Real Estate Development Fund, banks and mortgage companies in Saudi Arabia.
The Ministry has launched several programs and initiatives to develop the real estate sector to improve it, improve the performance of the sector and solve the housing crisis.
